Take into account before traveling in some details that will make all the difference during your vacation.
• Check the travel documentation carefully and confirm your data: name, date, number of flights and times, airports, etc.
• We recommend digitizing the citizen card/passport. In case of theft or loss of the identification document facilitates the process in the consulate for issuing the single travel title.
• We recommend the “European disease insurance card” for travel within the European Union, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland.
• Inquire about the weather conditions of your destination and prevent any excessive or cold excesses.
• Inquire if adapters are required to load your electrical equipment in the destination country.
• Take some SOS medicines in hand and first -need items in the case of basement baggage.
• To transport liquids in your hand luggage, they should be contained in individual containers of capacity not exceeding 100ml, presenting them separately from the rest of the luggage, packed in a closed plastic bag of dimensions of 19cm x 20cm.
• We recommend that you identify your basement luggage (named, address and phone) to find it more easily on the airport treadmill. In the case of loss, it is easier to locate it.
• In case of loss or damaged luggage, it must file a complaint to the airline shortly after the incident. Proof of the complaint is essential to trigger the luggage insurance you have.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
• All passengers, including children and babies, must have a photography identification document.
• In the event that the minor travel only accompanied by one of the parents, it is always necessary to present the “authorization to exit from national territory” signed by the other parent and duly recognized by a notary, solicitor or lawyer. Together, you should attach a photocopy of the citizen card (s).
• Portuguese citizens to travel or move within the European Union, need the valid citizen card. Out of the European Union, they need a 6 -month passport from the date of arrival.
• Foreign citizens resident or not in the national territory must have a passport, visa, residence authorization, etc., to travel or move within the European Union.
• In the absence of documents legally needed to travel, it may imply the cancellation of the confirmed place, without any reimbursement and the agency declines any responsibilities, if these rules are not met.
