The “Safe Travels” seal recognizes Viptour as a tour operator that fulfills all the established rules of hygiene, health and safety required by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC). The assignment of this certification is a worldwide guarantee, to which Viptour undertakes to comply with all its circuits, ensuring its customers all hygiene, health and safety protocols so that they can enjoy a “safe trip”.

Our customers' safety and health is our priority, so we seek to fulfill all DGS recommendations.
To ensure your safety when traveling with us, we have prepared a set of measurements in our circuits, which will be continually updated according to the indications given by the various competent entities. For all group circuits, Safe Travels rules are adopted, which fulfills all the standards of hygiene, health and safety by European local entities.
It is mandatory to use facial mask within the tourism bus, visits, hotel establishments and closed enclosures.
COVID-19 Digital Certificate valid in vaccination or recovery mode is mandatory in the case of circuits that cross the border with Spain and their return.

Our guides have the responsibility to verify compliance with all established rules, to guarantee the group's well-being. All guides have the certified formation "Clean & Safe"
We carefully select suppliers who comply with DGS recommendations, whether transport companies, hotels or restaurants. We prioritized service suppliers with the Clean & Safe certification.
To make your trip more comfortable, and in order to maintain distancing during visits, we use the radio system. The device will be delivered to each of the participants and its use will only be during the circuit, it will be returned at the end to our guide.
