Before traveling do not forget
All passengers, including children and babies, must have a photography identification document:
National citizens within the European Union: valid citizen card;
National citizens outside the European Union: passport valid for 6 months to the date of arrival;
Citizens of foreign nationalities: passport valid for 6 months to the date of arrival and residence visa;
• We recommend the “European disease insurance card” for travel within the European Union, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland;
• We recommend digitization/photography citizen card/passport/residence visa, because in case of theft or loss of the identification document facilitates the process in the consulate for issuing the single travel title;
• We advise you to be accompanied by daily medication that has been prescribed and your revenue, if applicable;
• Each student should carry some SOS medications such as: analgesic/antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, sickness compresses, burns ointment, fast pensions,…;
• We advise the use of comfortable shoes and clothing suitable at the time of year and a small backpack to walk daily with documents, personal effects, water and cereal bars,…;
• The weight limits and dimensions of the bags vary from company to company and according to the destination of the trip;
• If liquids transport in your hand luggage, they should be contained in individual containers of capacity not exceeding 100ml, presenting them separately from the rest of the luggage, packed in a closed plastic bag of transparent 19cm x 20cm dimensions that can be easily open, of capacity not exceeding 1 liter (per passenger);
• In the absence of documents legally needed to travel, it may imply the cancellation of the confirmed place, without any reimbursement and the agency declines any responsibilities, if these rules are not met.
