Departure authorization from national territory to minors
The authorization to depart from national territory to minors, must be recognized in person by a solicitor, lawyer or notary:
• In the event that the minor travel only accompanied by one of the parents, it is always necessary to present the “departure of national territory” from the other parent;
• In case of married parents and the minor travel without any of them, it will be necessary to recognize the “departure of national territory” signed by one of the parents;
• In the event of divorced parents and with shared guardianship, the recognition of “departure from national territory” should be done by each of the parents;
• In the event of divorced parents in which one of the parents has full protection, the recognition of “departure from national territory” should be made by the parent's custody parent, and in this case he / court;
• In the case of one of the deceased progenitors, it should accompany the recognition of “departure from national territory” with the certified copy of the death certificate.
